We are unable to refund or accept returns of products in the event you change your mind.
Products are lost or haven't arrived:
Firstly check the status of your delivery. You can do this by:
1. Going to our Track Your Order webpage.
2. Input your email and order number.
3. Check the details - sometimes our products ship in multiple packages. You can check this with multiple tabs (for example F1, F2 etc.)
If this isn't clear please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the email address you used and mention the order number and we'll respond when possible with further information or next steps to take.
Products are damaged or faulty:
Please do the following within 14 days of delivery:
1. Take a photo of the damaged or faulty product.
2. Email to email@example.com with any relevant information.
3. If the product is damaged or faulty we will offer either a refund or replacement product. In the event this is part of a promotion (ie Buy 2 Get 1 Free) it will be refunded equivalently as a portion.
