Returns and Refunds Policy

We are unable to refund or accept returns of products in the event you change your mind.

Products are lost or haven't arrived:

Firstly check the status of your delivery. You can do this by:

1. Going to our Track Your Order webpage.

2. Input your email and order number.

3. Check the details - sometimes our products ship in multiple packages. You can check this with multiple tabs (for example F1, F2 etc.)

If this isn't clear please reach out to us at with the email address you used and mention the order number and we'll respond when possible with further information or next steps to take.

Products are damaged or faulty:

Please do the following within 14 days of delivery:

1. Take a photo of the damaged or faulty product.

2. Email to with any relevant information.

3. If the product is damaged or faulty we will offer either a refund or replacement product. In the event this is part of a promotion (ie Buy 2 Get 1 Free) it will be refunded equivalently as a portion.

Cancelling or changing your order:

We are so sorry to hear that - we offer change of mind up to 24 hours after placing your order. If you need to simply change your order you can do that too by emailing
